 Dear Fellows,
 
 Have not hear you a long time now !
 
 First of all our congratulations that next team of Cubesats operate  since April 28 .
 
 We listen them and some files are on our computers now. Most interesting  is Delphi-3  sat.
 
 Second - Moscow University conduct The Third International Symposium  UNIVERSAT-2008 which is organized by Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear  Physics, Lomonosov Moscow State University, and is going to take place  on September 1-6, 2008 at the conference halls of Moscow State  University boarding houses in Zvenigorod, Moscow Region, Russian

 They will accept any papers based on usage of ham radio satellites and  education, including public outreach. So I think that will be good idea to meet the  people who  responsible for microsats in Russia. Also it will be possible to discuss  the prospects  for joint projects and launching of satellites. Dear line for abstracts  is May 31, but it will be possible to include interesting papers later on. Keep me informed  about as I am familiar with organizers of this Symposium.
