Yubileiny-2 launch delayed until Feb 2010.

February: A Rockot booster to launch a Gonets-M No. 2 communications satellite, a pair of Russian military payloads and a Yubileiny-2 experimental spacecraft from Plesetsk. 

Delayed from Dec. 28, 2009.

So as of now, the launch of Yubileiny-2 satellite has been delayed until February.
